• KIS Gift Donation Project (Vice Leader)

As the Vice Leader of the KIS GIFT DONATION, I contributed to creating a brighter New Year for children in a rural orphanage. Our project aimed to provide personalized gifts for 121 children, ensuring each one received something meaningful during the holiday season. I played a pivotal role in coordinating efforts, including organizing a structured money collection system and managing a team to ensure transparency and efficiency.

One of my key responsibilities was overseeing the PR and marketing strategy. I created visually appealing posters and impactful video advertisements to raise awareness across the school community. Additionally, I spearheaded the organization of a successful donation event, fostering a sense of unity and purpose among participants. My leadership helped us raise over $5,500, demonstrating the power of collaboration and community spirit. This project not only allowed me to make a tangible difference in the lives of these children but also honed my project management and communication skills.

    • English language courses for rural children (Founder)

Understanding the educational challenges faced by children in rural areas, I initiated a project to help elementary school students improve their English language skills during the summer break. Over three months, I conducted 48 volunteering hours and provided 48 engaging and productive online lessons for three children, carefully tailoring my teaching methods to their individual needs and learning paces.

I designed a comprehensive teaching plan that balanced productivity with fun, incorporating interactive games and exercises to sustain their interest. The plan also emphasized holistic language development, covering listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Two students advanced from A2 to B1 proficiency, while one progressed from upper B1 to B2. This initiative not only improved their language skills but also inspired me to explore creative ways of teaching and making education accessible for all.

    • Alliance of Volunteers (Volunteer)

Contributing over 250 hours of service, I worked on a variety of events through the ALLIANCE OF VOLUNTEERS. These included city marathons, international conferences, concerts, and more. Each event brought unique challenges, requiring quick thinking, adaptability, and effective communication to meet the needs of organizers and participants alike.

Through these experiences, I developed invaluable interpersonal skills, such as teamwork, problem-solving, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Volunteering at such diverse events also broadened my perspective and deepened my appreciation for the importance of community engagement.

    • Inclusive Academy by UNICEF (Volunteer)

As part of UNICEF's INCLUSIVE ACADEMY, I worked with a child with autism to teach them the basics of piano notation and help them learn a short song within a month. This experience was deeply fulfilling, as it allowed me to create a positive and inclusive learning environment where the child could thrive.

Through patience, empathy, and adaptability, I tailored each lesson to their unique pace and interests. By the end of the program, not only had the child achieved their musical goals, but I had gained a profound understanding of the importance of inclusivity in education. This experience taught me the value of celebrating small victories and the transformative power of personalized teaching.
